Note: You must be a Hart House Film Board member to request equipment. Please remember that returns are on Mondays from 1-1:30 PM and 5-5:30 PM, and Thursdays 1-1:30 PM and 5-5:30 PM. Pick-ups are on Monday 6-7 PM and Friday 6-7 PM.

The gear marked with an * requires a certification tutorial before they can be rented out, or you need to demonstrate compentance and experience with the equipment.

Gear with "<>" in a box means you can book it, but the gear must be returned by the end of that period. No double bookings, late returns or early pickups are allowed.

Two months are available for booking at a time. A new month becomes available on the last day of each month. You are limited to two advanced equipment (2 Panasonic DVX100 per month and each light kit twice) a month. If you would like to forgo your next month's bookings in order to borrow more often this month, please mention it in the comments section.
